To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Account verification is available for notable public figures, celebrities, brands, and creators. To apply, go to Settings > Account > Request Verification. You'll need to provide a valid ID and meet our eligibility criteria. The review process typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Creators can set up to 3 subscription tiers with custom pricing. Each tier can offer different benefits like exclusive content, early access, direct messaging, and more. SocialEternity does NOT process creator payments — creators arrange payments directly with their audience through their preferred method (PayPal, Venmo, crypto, etc.).

Yes! Go to Settings > Privacy > Download Your Data. You can request a copy of all your data including posts, messages, and account information. The download will be prepared and you'll receive an email with a secure link within 24-48 hours.

To report a user or content, tap the three dots (...) on their profile or post and select "Report". Choose the reason for your report and provide any additional details. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
