Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope & who may use SocialEternity

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using SocialEternity. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service; where both apply, both bind. SocialEternity is one platform with five arms — Soulmate, Creator, Professional, Wellbeing, and Personal AI — plus the MVVSM / SE Voices communication bar that runs across them.

You must be 18 or older, a verified human, and legally able to agree to the Terms. Accounts are for real people: no bots, no automated or bulk accounts, no shared or sold accounts, and no previously-banned users.

2. How enforcement works

• AI screens, humans decide, you can appeal. Our AI checks public content at the door and can label or hold it; a person makes every final removal, strike, or ban decision; and every action is appealable. The AI is never the last word, never files a legal report on its own, and never deletes preserved evidence.
• Private communication stays private. We do not read your private Messages, Voice, or Video. Screening applies to public content, not your one-to-one conversations.
• One identity, one standard. A serious violation in any arm can remove you from all of SocialEternity.
• Venue, not guarantor. We provide the platform; we do not process payments between members and vouch for nothing beyond "this is a real human."

3. Child safety — zero tolerance

This is our highest priority. Absolutely prohibited: any content that sexualizes a minor (CSAM); grooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact a minor for sexual purposes; and trafficking. When we detect this material we use authorized hash-matching (NCMEC / PhotoDNA-class tooling — never a homegrown guess), we hold and preserve it (we do not delete it — preservation is required by law), we report to NCMEC (United States) and Cybertip.ca (Canada) as the law requires, and we permanently ban the account. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.

4. Prohibited content

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic — adult content is not permitted on SocialEternity (non-sexual medical, educational, breastfeeding, or fine-art contexts are handled by human review, not silent removal)
• Is a credible threat of violence, incites harm, or glorifies mass violence or terrorism (graphic violence may be held or age-gated, with a newsworthiness exception decided by people)
• Promotes hatred or harassment targeting people by a protected characteristic (we follow the stricter standard for the Canadian context, including Criminal Code s.319)
• Sells or facilitates illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, fraud, or other unlawful activity
• Is non-consensual intimate imagery, or posts another person's private or identifying information or biometric data (doxxing)
• Infringes intellectual property you do not own or hold a licence to use
• Promotes or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders (we route people in apparent crisis to human crisis resources; SocialEternity is not a crisis service)

5. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Creating or operating fake, automated, or bulk accounts
• Sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages (commercial messaging must follow Canada's anti-spam law: consent, identification, and an unsubscribe option)
• Manipulating counts or engagement — fake downloads, bought engagement, vote manipulation (discovery on SE reports real numbers, so counts must reflect real verified humans)
• Circumventing age verification, or using SocialEternity if you are under 18
• Accessing another person's account or data without permission
• Evading a block, suspension, or removal

6. Identity, synthetic media & your twin

You may create a voice or likeness only of yourself (your own Personal AI twin), with your consent. SocialEternity provides no tools to synthesize other people. AI-generated or AI-assisted media must be disclosed or labelled where required. No deepfakes, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no impersonation. Your twin trains only on what you opt in to share, and you may not extract, copy, or impersonate another member's twin.

7. Security & platform integrity

To keep SocialEternity safe and reliable, you may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without authorization
• Introduce malware or interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data about other people
• Overload, disrupt, or deny service to others
• Reverse engineer or misuse our APIs, except as expressly permitted

8. Money & transactions

SocialEternity never holds or processes payments between members. If a creator sells something, the buyer pays the creator directly, off SocialEternity, through the creator's own method — we take 0% and are merchant-of-record for nothing. We do not guarantee, refund, or arbitrate transactions between members: we are a venue, not a voucher. Describe what you offer honestly, and handle your own taxes, licensing, and legal obligations.

9. Reporting & appeals

If you see something that breaks this policy, report it. If an action was taken against you and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal.

• Report or get help through the Safety Center; child-safety reports are prioritized
• Every removal, strike, hold, and ban is reviewed by a person on appeal
• We work to review reports and appeals as quickly as we responsibly can, prioritizing safety
• We do not retaliate against good-faith reports

10. Changes to this policy

• The current version is shown at the top of this page
• We give notice before material changes take effect, and where the law requires (for example, Quebec) a right to decline
• The version in force at the time of an action governs that action
• Previous versions are archived and available on request
