Your Safety Matters
Follow these guidelines to have a safe and positive experience on SocialEternity.
🧰 Your Safety Toolkit
Every safety promise on this page comes with a tool:
- Block & Report the three dots (…) on any profile, post, or message. Blocking is immediate; blocked members cannot contact you.
- Consent screens video and voice calls start with consent; nobody cold-calls you.
- Two-Factor Authentication turn it on in Settings.
- Verified badges see Identity & Verification below.
- Privacy settings control who can find and contact you.
- Your data rights export or delete your account (see Your Data & Privacy).
🔒 General Account Safety
- Strong Passwords Use at least 8 characters including a capital letter and a number — longer is stronger, and symbols make it stronger still. Make your SocialEternity password unique.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Add an extra layer of protection to your account. Even if someone gets your password, they won't be able to access your account without the second factor.
- Never Share Your Login Don't give your credentials to anyone, even if they claim to be "support." SocialEternity staff will never ask for your password.
- Phishing Awareness SocialEternity will never ask for your password via email or direct message. Always verify you're on the official website before entering credentials.
- Secure Your Devices Lock your phone and computer with a passcode. Always log out when using shared or public devices.
👤 Identity & Verification
Anyone can create a SocialEternity account. Identity verification is optional — members can verify with government ID at any time, and verified members carry a badge. A badge means a government ID was confirmed. It does NOT mean a background check: we do not screen criminal history, employment, education, or intentions. Registered sex offenders are prohibited from SocialEternity by our Terms — but we do not independently screen criminal records. Treat every stranger online as a stranger.
🔞 Adults Only — 18+
SocialEternity is for adults 18 and over. Age is checked at registration and under-18 signups are refused. If you believe a member is under 18, report them immediately — we remove underage accounts.
💰 Money & Payments
The only thing SocialEternity ever charges you is your subscription, through official billing. SE never holds your money. Trainers and creators are paid directly by you. Anyone on SE asking for money, gift cards, crypto, “fees,” or “deposits” — for any reason, however convincing — is a scammer. Block and report.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
SocialEternity is NOT a background check service. Verification confirms identity for members who choose it — it does not check criminal history or guarantee character. This verification:
- Does NOT check criminal history or records
- Does NOT verify employment, education, or relationship status
- Does NOT guarantee a person's intentions or character
- Does NOT screen for sex offenders or violent offenders
Your safety is YOUR responsibility. Always exercise caution when meeting people from the internet. Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, it probably is.
📞 In immediate danger? Call 911. More crisis resources are at the top of this page.
- Video Call First Before meeting in person, have a video call to verify they are who they say they are. Our built-in video calling with consent screens helps you do this safely.
- Meet in Public Places For first dates, always choose busy, public locations like cafes, restaurants, or parks. Avoid private locations until you've built trust.
- Tell Someone Your Plans Share your date details with a friend or family member - where you're going, who you're meeting, and when you expect to be back.
- Arrange Your Own Transportation Drive yourself or use rideshare so you can leave whenever you want. Never rely on your date for transportation on first meetings.
- Stay Sober Keep your wits about you. Avoid excessive alcohol on first dates and never leave your drink unattended.
- Never Send Money Romance scammers build emotional connections and then ask for money. If someone asks you for money, gift cards, or financial help, it's a scam. Block and report immediately.
- Trust Your Instincts If something feels off, it probably is. You don't owe anyone an explanation - it's okay to end a date early or stop talking to someone.
- Report Harassment If someone makes you uncomfortable, harasses you, or behaves inappropriately, use the block and report features. We take all reports seriously.
- Never share intimate images without consent Sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent is banned and grounds for immediate removal. Report it — we preserve evidence.
💼 Professional Safety
- Verify Employers Research companies before applying or accepting offers. Check their official website, reviews, and social media presence. Legitimate companies have verifiable information.
- Never Pay for Jobs Legitimate employers don't charge fees for job applications, training, or equipment. If a "job" asks you to pay upfront, it's a scam.
- Beware of Fake Recruiters Scammers pose as recruiters from well-known companies. Verify recruiter identities through official company channels before sharing personal information.
🎨 Creator Safety
- Watermark Your Content Protect your original work from theft by adding visible or invisible watermarks. This helps prove ownership if your content is stolen.
- Understand Your Copyright You own your content on SocialEternity. Review our terms to understand your rights and how your content can be used.
- Report Content Theft If someone steals your content, use our DMCA takedown process. We act quickly to remove infringing content and protect creators.
- Impersonation Someone posing as you or another creator is reportable — we remove impersonation accounts.
💪 Wellbeing Safety
- Verify Trainer Credentials Before hiring a trainer, check their certifications and qualifications. Legitimate trainers are happy to share their credentials.
- Consult Your Doctor Before starting any new wellbeing program, especially intense ones, consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it's safe for you.
- Report Dangerous Advice If you see wellbeing advice that seems dangerous or promotes harmful practices, flag it for review. Help keep our wellbeing community safe.
- Report Harmful Content Content promoting self-harm, dangerous restriction, or harmful practices is banned — report it. If you're struggling, the crisis line at the top of this page is there for you.
🤖 Personal AI & Your Twin
- Your twin is yours. It learns only what you teach it, on SocialEternity's own servers — your data is never sent to third-party AI companies. Review and control what it knows in Settings.
- The AI is not the actual person. A twin is a preservation, not a replacement — it has no consciousness, and it may say things the person never would. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice. If interacting with a loved one's twin causes grief or distress, step away — that's normal, and the crisis strip above is there.
- Your voice is biometric data. Voice features run on explicit consent; you can revoke anytime and voice data is deleted within 30 days.
- Legacy. You choose who can reach your twin after you're gone. Death is verified with documentation before any access, there's a waiting period, and if a member returns alive, control returns to them — fully. Details live in the Legacy Consent you sign.
- The ADDUSK. When your twin is compiled to its hardware unit, SocialEternity wipes every server copy — you hold the only one. Guard it like a passport; it's encrypted.
- If SE ever winds down: members get 90 days' notice and export tools. Never be forgotten — that's the promise.
🗣️ SE Voices — the Public Square
- Speaks are permanent. There is no delete — edits are allowed, and edit history stays visible. Think before you speak; the square remembers.
- You are speaking to strangers. Voice and video speaks have hard time limits by design.
- AI participants are always labeled — look for “Context Available.” No AI on SE Voices pretends to be human.
- Harassment in public spaces is still harassment: block & report works everywhere.
🚨 Red Flags - Warning Signs
Watch out for these warning signs. If you encounter any of these, block and report immediately:
📣 Reporting & Enforcement
Reporting helps keep our community safe. Here's how to report inappropriate content or behavior:
- Click the three dots (...) on any profile, post, or message you want to report
- Select "Report" from the menu options
- Choose the reason that best describes the issue (harassment, spam, scam, etc.)
- Submit your report - Our safety team reviews all reports and takes action typically within 24 hours
Evidence is preserved — deleting an account does not erase what an offender did.
Bans stick — banned members cannot return by re-registering.
🔒 Your Data & Privacy
You own your data. You can access, correct, export, or delete it — deletion has a 30-day grace window in case you change your mind. Honest scope: shared records (a booking, an invoice, a signed document) survive for the other member, anonymized. If a breach ever affects you, we commit to notifying you within 72 hours. In-app data tools are rolling out; until then, [email protected] executes every right. Full detail: Privacy Policy · Terms · Acceptable Use.
